Perfect for keeping leaves and other debris off the hood and windshield. Secure straps keep it in place and are easy on off. Material is thick and water resistant. I bought this car cover to keep cat paw prints off the hood of my Mini Cooper. It covers just the windshield and car hood so it's not a pain to put on and remove like one that covers the whole car. The loops fit over the mirrors and the adjustable straps hold it down in front. Since this cover fits on a lot of vehicles it's not a custom fit so it flapped around in high winds, but I'm sure I can figure something out to make it more secure. This thing is perfect for me. I’m an older man with an old 2093 ford lariat king cab with faded hood and top from sun. This cover is light and was EZ for me to throw up onto hood and slide it up and onto mirrors. Fits just fine and all the stretchy hooks were EZ to hook anywhere to hold. It looks nice too. A great deal price-wise! Highly suggest for sun protection. Nite: does NOT cover top of truck- wish it did. Does go over windshield. Very happy Read more

It works well even in the rain. I'd actually give it 3 1/2 stars because of fit. Straps should be adjustable so they can tighten. They're just elastic so hard to find spots to hook them since they do stretch quite a bit. While it technically fit my car, I wanted something to cover side windows. Not so concerned about making sure mirrors are covered as I'm using it for sun not snow. Don't use mirror flaps but just pull entire cover back so side flaps cover side windows. Read more
