I love the fact that this product has so many different types of collagen, because many times you only see supplements that have types one & three. The addition of five different types puts this product above others that are charging similar pricing. The pricing is fair and you do get an entire month's supply. This is not something that you can completely supplement your collagen intake with, however. It is used in a regimen. But with that said, it is effective in that there are multiple types and you do get about 10 mg. It is easily dissolvable and pretty much any liquid, tasteless, does not have an odor, and will definitely help you in your skin, hair, and nail regimen if incorporated with a healthy lifestyle. An increase in collagen is also useful if you have any sort of joint problems. I am a health professor and as we age we lose collagen. This is something that can help those who just need a little bit extra and don't know how to go about getting it without eating more.
