I bought the 5lb ankle weights to step up my daily walking routine. The package was delivered undamaged and safely and the product matched the images and description provided online. It is easy to customize how many pounds you have on each ankle. I walk about 3-5 miles per day and these are easy to put on with my shoes on and whether I'm wearing shorts or pants. I started first with 3 pounds on each ankle about a month ago and now use 4 pounds on each ankle. In addition to wearing them on my walks, I also wear them while doing household chores and appreciate how comfortable they are for longer periods of time.
