This is a well-built functional device to give your lumbar a stretch and massage quite effectively. First off, this does need to be plugged in directly rather than charging with battery so it doesn't have the portability factor that other devices may have. It has 6 buttons, one to power it on/off, manual mode where you hold the button to dictate how much you want to inflate and thus stretch your lumbar, just massage mode, 2 different Auto modes which dictate the inflation and massage for you automatically, and finally the Heat mode which has 3 heat settings. First off, the heat mode is quite effective. At the highest setting it feels good but personally for me after about 10-15 minutes, it did start to get a bit too hot for me, so I had to dial it down, so there's quite a high range for those who like it hotter and a low range for those who just want warmth. The massage mode is really a vibration mode rather than any of kneading, which is comfortable and has a good feeling when in use. Lastly the Auto modes do give a nice "set it and forget it" for going through various inflation and massages modes. For me with my stiff back, it'll feel slightly uncomfortable at the highest inflation setting when I first use it, but once my lumbar starts to stretch out, the program starts to feel better. After the session, my back feels like it went through a slight workout, but I do feel like my back is nimbler than before. I've tried several of these types of devices, and this is up there in terms of the performance, so definitely give this a consideration as long as you're okay with having to plug in the device to use it and not have that portability to use it anywhere. I don’t know why I got in this bad habit, but I tend to slouch while sitting. And because of that, my back muscles and spine ache most of the time. So when I saw that this Zenopax Mini Electric Lumbar Traction Device became available to order, I figured I’d give it a try. This device arrived packaged well and was super simple to set up. Directions included were also very easy to follow. I set up the traction device on the floor of my bedroom, lining up the center of the device with my belly button. As recommended, I started out slow the first few times. This device does a good job at gently stretching my lower back out. Plus the added heat helps relax my muscles while my back is stretched. I will say that the massage feature isn’t the greatest for me. I prefer deep tissue massages, so vibration type massages aren’t my thing. In the end, I’m still really glad I ordered this Zenopax Mini Electric Lumbar Traction Device. It’s already helped my back some in a short amount of time, so I’m hoping for more relief the longer I use it. Read more

I first used this on the floor in my gym/meditation room. I have lower back pain sometimes because I have an extra bone which causes rubbing on the other bones. I was surprised at how well it stretches you out. It goes up and down with massage in stages, but it works up to a really good stretch. It was a bit painful for me but in a good way really, like working out knots in a massage. It was taking the pressure off my spine. I love heat with massage, so I really like the option to have the massage with heat without the stretching for just light sessions sitting down. It would be really nice if it was battery powered so I could use it anywhere without having the inconvenience of being near a power outlet. I would definitely recommend it. Read more

I placed this on the floor and immediately told my husband to lay down. He had been complaining about back pains for 2 days straight. Once my my husband laid down he didn't get up into 20 minutes later. In fact, he didn't want to get up. He did get up and his back felt worse but it went away, and he felt relief. The vibrations were not that loud, and once there was weight on the lumbar device, others can barely hear the vibrations. My husband is 6ft tall and it fit great below his lower back. He did not complain once. We didnt not need to charge this, but being cordless would of been nicer. Our bedframe is really low, but my husband was able to slide this right under our bed, that way he can use this on the bed. If you are looking for something that will help with your lower back pain, this is worth it. Works better than the adjustable support lumbar boards. Rather than getting up a few times to adjust thr lumbar board to where you want it, this electric lumbar device allows you to control everything straight from the remote, without having to get up to make adjustments. This will definitely provide relief for those suffering from sciatica. Read more

I placed it directly on the sofa and used it while sitting with my back supported. After a few minutes, I could feel the vibrations slowly relaxing my muscles; the sensation was very noticeable, spreading from both sides of my lumbar spine. It has different vibration frequency modes to choose from, which I adjust according to my level of fatigue that day. Combined with the heat therapy effect, my entire lower back felt warm and comfortable. It can be operated with a remote control, eliminating the need to bend over to adjust the position, which is very convenient for someone like me with limited back flexibility. The size perfectly fits the curve of my waist; I'm of average height, and it's suitable whether I'm lying in bed or leaning back in a chair. Overall, this product is very practical for people like me who sit for long periods or often experience lower back pain. It allows me to relax at home without needing to book a massage. I've found the effects noticeable after using it and will continue to use it regularly every day. Read more
