WORKOUT EFFECTIVENESS: Excellent addition to any home gym. I do X3 Bar system resistance band workouts which is a floor plate, 4 bands, and a holding bar. This mat allows me to do this on the mat (as well as do some body weight exercises - crunches and other ab work). Stretching, yoga, planking, would work on this too. It’s just great to know i’m protecting my floors, my metal bar if there is a slip won’t slam onto the floor etc. EASE OF STORAGE: Folds quickly and easily to a small form factor and thus stores easily without taking up much room. Handle on either end to lift and 4-section fold. Light weight so easily moved or slid around (non-rugged floors). Having a floor zero-gravity chair It comes in handy stored next to that almost like a semi-end table as well (it’s high enough after folding up). THICKNESS: going by the eye, 1-1.5” or thereabouts? DURABILITY: It’s got a slight squish to it for comfortability, but firm enough that by feel it should hold up for a nice long time VALUE FOR MONEY: These days i dont’ like paying a lot for things and balance high ratings with price/value so bey default it’s a good value. That the DURABILITY seems like it would be good due to the firmness of it (just a slight squish) also makes it a good value for a long-term mat. Reliving our grown kids childhood fun and starting the fun with our grandkids- sliding down the stairs!!! Material is easy to clean and thick, great quality Color choices were ample, great options. Love the carrying handle and they fold up for super simple storage. Perfect width for our stairs. Firm, would love to have been about an inch thicker.
