I am right in-between a small and medium size. I bought a medium in another brand and it was just a little too loose. I got the size small and the compression is perfect. Just a little tight but not too much. The part near the thumb is a bit snug. Still the small is the better overall fit for me. The Zensah brand is consistently the best. Read more
I was looking for a thin, lightweight compression sleeve that I could wear under my golf glove to provide wrist and hand support during play. I have a small hand and thin wrist, and the size small fit perfectly, with just the right amount of compression. I found it reasonably comfortable to wear and easy to put on, and it did not interfere with my golf swing. Because it is a compression sleeve rather than a brace or strap, it does not provide a lot of wrist support or support at the base of my thumb. However, for my purposes it worked better than most braces of this kind. It seems well-made and sturdy, although there is a heavy seam down the side of the glove. It did not seem bothersome since it wasn’t across the palm, but I wanted to mention it. This sleeve can fit either hand. It did seem rather pricey for such a small glove. Read more

I have a drawer full of wrist braces. This has quickly become my favorite. I was skeptical of the thumb opening but this is the first brace that did not dig in to the soft flesh between my thumb and forefinger. It is very supportive and comfortable enough to wear for hours. I ordered another. Read more
I’ve been a fan of Zensah products for 10+ years. I keep their products around like ace bandages just in case because you never know when you’re going to need them for an injury or recovery. I was in need of my wrist brace a few weeks ago as my carpal tunnel was flaring up, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Amazon Prime to the rescue! I ordered it and it delivered the next day. My old Zensah wrist brace was an older version whereas this one had some improvements. Of course, after wearing this new one for a day, I found the old one! Well, now I have one for each wrist so no complaints here. Read more
The only support this thing has is on the bottom (palm side). I needed support on the side - the outer side of my wrist. Threw it away. Read more
This is a good item, however, they sent a left handed version, while the pictures displayed a right hand and there is no option to select which hand you need! Read more
Have tried a few of the cheaper ones and the elastic starts to rip within the first week while wearing during the work day. Have tried support ones that maintain appropriate wrist form and those get in the way of the keys when typing. This? Even compression with a glove that maintains structure and doesn’t rub or have to be replaced each week. Buy it! Read more
