I have unsealed grout and this stuff is amazing. You put it on the grout and watch the dirt bubble up. Then I use a brush to brush the grout . The only issue is that you have to mop like three times after use to get it all OFF the floor, but I only do this once a year so it's worth it. this stuff works! Read more

I just moved into a new-to-me house with a kitchen floor that looks like it's never been cleaned properly in the last 40 years of occupancy. I initially tried cleaning it with good ole fashioned elbow grease and soap (and when you see the pictures you'll see why that simply wouldn't have worked), but after an hour of scrubbing I was getting nowhere. I've used other zep products in my previous apartment but that was clean to begin with. This was another beast. Although it's taken a few applications (letting the foam sit for 10-15 min at a time) and still a fair amount of scrubbing, I am so happy to see actual results! With each session I wiped away literal decades of grime and the grout is finally looking like it's original beigeish color. Works! Have been using the Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener to clean shower grout, which works great but is messy. Tried this and it may not work 100% equal to the liquid option, it's very close. Plus it provides ongoing protection. Will be using this instead. Read more

Ordered this grout cleaner. I’ve never used a grout cleaner before and my grout was looking dark and discolored so I thought I’d give it a try. I do have a battery operated scrubber so I got to work.
