I read a bunch of reviews before purchasing because I am currently pregnant and wanted to know if my regular size would suffice or if i’d have to size up. I am happy to say, I bought this dress in my regular size (Small) in anticipation to wear it to my baby shower and it fit me like a glove!! I was 32 weeks pregnant at the time of my shower and it was still so comfortable and breathable, there was definitely still room to grow! The material is incredibly soft and stretchy, not see through at all. It was super flattering all around! It was also not thick but also not thin at all, it was perfect. It has two layers, the top one and a stretchy, satin like material underneath. Love this dress. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it came with a small rip in the lace at the seam. Other than that, this dress is perfect for what I was looking for. I’ll be wearing it to my baby shower. It’s thick, very comfortable, very stretchy (so bump friendly!) and not see through. I also like the versatility. It can be dressed up or down. This is a very cute dress, but I’m very self-conscious with how my tummy looks in some of the tighter fitting clothes, it was almost about to be my development dress, but I just couldn’t get over how boxy it made me look and how you could just see my tummy in almost all the angles so I had to be real with myself and tell myself this wasn’t made for me. I would definitely recommend this if you were on the thinner side and didn’t have much tummy to show if that’s what you’re self-conscious about. Read more
