I purchased the ZESICA Women's Faux Leather Jackets Oversized Fall Fashion Button Motorcycle Coats Outwear 2025, Black, in sizes medium and large. I was attracted to this faux leather jacket due to the style which included a lapel. The lapel provides a more polished appearance. The sleeves were an added attraction due to the strap, again providing a little more polished look. The jacket’s buttons are very nice with the double-breasted style. It also has the feel of “real” leather and is very soft, and the price is reasonable. The material, although faux, does not look faux. It is not shiny, like high gloss paint, nor flat looking, and has a satin or pearl gleam on it. The seams were sewn with what seems to be thicker thread to allow for normal wear for an outdoor coat. The material is also heavier, which allows for cooler weather. Although this jacket has the look of real leather, it is well-made and the black jacket has a rich hue to it, the size was big and bulky, and not attractive with my petite frame (I’m 5 feet 1 inch and 125 to 130 pounds). For me, the jacket looked boxy and again, not attractive for my body type. The sizing is confusing. The “About This Item” section does state “oversized” and provides suggested sizing and states to check the sizing chart, which I did. However, I’m not sure what the term “oversized” is meant in terms of clothing. I’ve purchased clothing from various vendors stating the item was “oversized” and the fit is slightly big and still fits well, and I’ve purchased an item from a vendor (not Zesica) that also was labeled “oversized” which was extremely large and I can only imagine a plus sized individual wearing and would still be considered “oversized” on that individual. Overall, my review of the faux leather jacket is 4-stars and not 5 because of the sizing. However, due to all the positive attributes of the jacket, I will consider purchasing a faux leather jacket from this vendor in the future. Read more
