So far so good. I currently take a women's daily gummy, and I had to compromise some ingredients/ minerals in favor of how I feel after ingesting them, and Zinc is light on the list. I try to get what I need from food, but I know I need more Zinc, hence this supplement. I did a little research for when and how to take the pill, and it varies (of course), but I highly suggest if you're not sure, to also research this. Like if you take other vitamins, Zinc may not absorb as well, so stagger the times, or you may need to take it with food if it makes you feel nauseated. Things like that... but definitely look into it to see what your options are. I like that the bottle's label is very clearly marked, no confusion about what it is, and it doesn't hide the ingredients (despite the fact that I don't know what any of them are, haha). For me, with taking the pill, it did get stuck in my throat, and then I felt it further down... had to gulp down more water to get it to my stomach. I guess I'm too used to gel pills, but I'm not keen on how that part feels. Overall, I'll give Xtravit a try, and get away from the big names, and probably try more from the Xtravit brand if I like how this one works for me. Honestly, I might edit my review later if anything changes, but here's hoping that my body is happy with these supplements. Read more
Fresh, clean, and thankfully no strange chemical smell when I opened it. As for the zinc itself, it’s a great all-around mineral to keep in your routine. It’s known for helping your immune system fight off bacteria and viruses, and if you take it at the first sign of a cold, it may even help shorten how long you feel lousy. It also supports healing and cell growth, which is great for skin health, reducing inflammation, and even helping out with acne or minor wounds. On top of that, zinc is essential for proper taste and smell, supports healthy digestion, bone health, and has benefits for hair since it helps the oil glands and tissue around the follicles do their job. This zinc tablet feels like a clean, daily go-to—bioavailable, easy to take, and made to actually be absorbed well. I’ve been using it as part of my wellness routine because it covers a lot: immune support, skin and hair benefits, eye health, and even hormonal and brain balance. It’s also nice knowing it’s vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and made without fillers, sugar, dyes, or basically any junk I don’t want. Plus, it’s formulated in the USA with high-quality standards, which is another reassurance in a world full of questionable supplement listings. Overall, great presentation, clean ingredients, and a solid choice if you’re looking to add zinc to your daily routine. Read more

I picked this up mainly as a wintertime supplement, since zinc is one of those basics that helps support the immune system when cold and flu season rolls around. The tablets are straightforward, unflavored, and easy to take, which makes them simple to add to a daily routine without any fuss. There’s nothing fancy going on here, but that’s not a bad thing — it’s meant to deliver zinc without fillers, sugars, or unnecessary extras, and it sticks to that role cleanly. I didn’t notice anything dramatic or immediate, which is honestly what I expect from a mineral supplement like this. It feels more like quiet background support rather than something that gives a noticeable “boost.” Knowing I’m taking zinc during the winter months for immune balance is the main reason it earns its place alongside other basic supplements. From a value standpoint, this is easy to justify. You get 60 tablets at a very low per-tablet cost, it’s vegan and free from common allergens, and it’s simple enough to use daily without side effects or complications. If you’re looking for an affordable, no-nonsense zinc supplement to help support your body through the colder months, this one does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Read more

Zinc has to be one of the most powerful often overlooked supplements out there. From male health straight down to immunity this stuff is king! It's definitely not something I take every day because while I'm not a doctor it's my understanding that to much zinc can cause some issues. I do take this zinc two to three times a week and it makes all the difference! In combination with vitamin D3-K2 I rarely get sick. Usually when I do start getting sick I just take an extra zinc tablet and it really helps. This particular brand is a brand I have had other supplements from in the past and they have all been high quality. This zinc of course is no different. This is a very high quality zinc supplement. I think the only downside is that while the price is affordable you don't get many tablets. That is absolutely my only very small complaint. Otherwise, this stuff is fantastic! Highly recommended.
