I have trouble turning on a light switch. Enclosed was a terrific small ratchet that is so helpful. Bed looks good, and is sturdy. Well-designed. I was surprised how inexpensive it is. Meets my needs perfectly. Bought for rarely used guest bedroom where I had queen-sized mattress on floor - unappealing. Box is heavy so I unpacked parts downstairs and carried them up. Please assemble with a partner as recommended. I was solo 98% of time and that made assembly slow. Dark pictograph instructions were sometimes hard to figure out initially. No written explanation, which would have helped pathetic me. I thought it was missing 4 one-inch bolts. Went to Lowe’s to buy equivalent but not exact. Decided I’d finish it next day. Takes a long time to install on your own. By myself, i'm young and tech oriented - 2 hours approx. Very high quality materials. Doesn't squeak at all. I will say i bought this one over the wood one because it LOOKS from the photos like you can lean on the headboard / or use it as a couch - its just not tall enough. It looks very cozy but its short and if you lean on it the frame moves a bit. So DONT count on leaning on the headboard. This is something that other reviews didn't mention so i'm mentioning it. Overall i'm happy so far and wondering if i'll have to tighten the bolts one day due to squeaking / etc., but so far so good. The frame doesn't shake when performing activities, it hasn't made any noise whatsoever when doing anything. It is hard to move around though i will say, you need two people to not risk breaking it. It was delivered without any bolts or nuts and any required tools. I checked everywhere, and I’m pretty sure they’re supposed to be included in the box, but they’re not there. I’m not sure how we’re supposed to assemble it without them. Very poor QC. Read more

Extremely frustrating installation. King frame ordered and the ONLY thing labeled was the screws and 2 bars of many in the kit and the 2 bars had numbers and the entire instruction was alphabet. The picture instructions are weak. The positive was the pre drilled holes were done well. Also if you have a thick mattress - this is not a good frame. The headboard only shows half. Read more

First, do NOT get this bed with an adjustable base, even though Amazon (Rufus) tells you it'll work. The bed will be too short and narrow to fit around it, and the center support beams are so high up that no base would sit on the floor as they're intended to do. And there's absolutely no way this bed could support an adjustable base, mattress, and two humans if you laid it on the slats - it'd break in seconds (plus my bed would be nearly three feet off the floor). Simply a no-go I'm afraid. On to the bed - seems well made (for the money), and the hardware is sturdy. But there's a wrinkle on the top of the headboard because it's folded for shipping, and when you unfold it the crease is clearly visible. It's unattractive. I probably would have kept it anyway because the price is right, but I sent it back. BTW, it only cost fifteen bucks for Amazon to come pick it up, which I think is fair. Read more

I purchased this product on Amazon, and the quality is very poor and fragile. Assembly took more than two hours because the instructions are not user-friendly. Many of the screws do not fit properly. Amazing bed frame I love it a lot. It is incredibly stable my mattres alone is over 145lb. It was very easyy to assemble even with one person and included all tools needed. The size is perfect for my queen sized cloverlanes 15” hybrind matters. Colours as perfect as well no missing any thing.
