  • PRIMER WITH A PURPOSE - Remember when your biggest worry was which campsite to book, not whether your roof coating would stick? Our specialized TPO primer creates the perfect foundation for RV roof sealant on stubborn TPO roofing material. Skip this step with other surfaces—our system only requires primer for challenging TPO roofs that typically reject adhesion
  • BOND LIKE YOU MEAN IT - Unlike others, requiring days of prep, our water-based TPO bonding adhesive dries in just 1-2 hours! One gallon covers 250 sq ft, enough for a standard 30ft RV. Pair with our liquid rubber waterproof sealant for complete protection without the wait. Because time spent waiting is time not spent exploring
  • THE WEEKEND WARRIOR'S SECRET - Struggling with RV roof repair on TPO surfaces? Our specially formulated primer creates a chemical bond that makes your coating stick like your favorite campfire stories. Apply with brush, roller, or sprayer at temperatures above 50°F, then get back to planning your next adventure instead of your next repair

Affordable roof repair that really works

Blue CandleOctober 17, 2025

Over the last few months I've been working on remodeling an older RV. I applied this primer 3 months ago and the results looked good, but for the last month the weather has been really hard so I have been able to see this product in action and I have been very satisfied with the outcome. Even with heavy wind and days in a row of rain there have been no leaks and the roof still looks brand new: no peeling or chipping. I applied a thin layer with a paint sprayer, waited 3 hours, and applied a second layer. Like with all products like this, make sure to take appropriate safety measures, prep, and follow the instructions. This can often make the difference in how your outcome is. Make sure the weather is appropriate for the product (manufacturer says temperatures above 50°F and no rain expected for the next couple days). Make sure you wait enough time the product to fully cure and dry before doing the next step. It's much easier to use the same branded product for the rubberized coating after the primer, it takes away the stress of worrying if the products are going to be compatible. I used the Ziollo RV Roof Sealant as suggested by the company and ended up with great results. The price of both about is $150 before tax ($84.95 for the sealant and $63.95 for the primer as of 10-17-25). I saved money by using seam tape and caulk I already had on hand instead of the Ziollo branded ones included in the $400 kit. Read more

I recommend it!

TwopersonSeptember 12, 2025

I use this "primer" as a paint / sealer on my camper's rubber membrane roof and it does the job well. It is still going strong with no cracking or leaks and I applied it back in June 2025 (it's now Sept. 2025). My camper sits outside and in the weather in Florida Good product. Read more

Seems to get the job done | Simple application

ChristinaOctober 24, 2025

I had been looking for a good sealer, as leaking is such a common issue - early prevention can save a lot of time and money, so to me this was well worth using. The consistency is ideal for brushing on, and it dries relatively quickly. I did an additional layer a few days later. I do recommend checking the weather before starting to try and avoid any potential rain while it’s drying. Since I used it as a preventative measure, I will have to wait some time to be sure it’s holding up well. If anything does happen to occur I’ll return to further update my review. Read more

Impressive Coating and So Easy to Apply - Works Great

Michael MathewsAugust 8, 2025

I have had many RVs and campers over the years, and since I do all my own maintenance, have used many products on the roofs. I must say this is a very good product. The consistency is very good - not too thick, not too thin. It is very easy to apply. I brushed it along the edges and the various vents, then, used a roller on the rest of the roof. It was as easy to apply as any other similar product I have used. Once in place, it seemed to seal very well and is ready for an application of Dicor. Read more

Easy to Use and Seals Perfectly

DpJuly 26, 2025

This TPO primer worked great for my RV roof repair project. When used along with the roof coating, it sealed up nicely with no leaks at all. It’s easy to apply, not overly thick, and dries fast making the whole process quick and hassle-free. The finish looks clean and smooth once done. Definitely a must-have if you’re doing RV roof work. Great performance and reliable results! A good value. Read more

This primer works great on rv roofs or atleast mine. The adhesion is superior. It doesn't look sloppy. Seems to be extremely durable. Fairly thick but with an ease of cleaning ability. Great value. Read more

Works on 1 inch Plywood Roof too.

AL-IDANI FamilyJuly 11, 2025

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a very unique item that you would only buy if you needed to waterproof your Roof that was either flat or a RV type Roof... It is a Expensive item that is fair for what it's going for across various sellers price point, & is affordable if you consider the water damage repair cost of not doing it.. It's a White Glue / Paint type material, & best suited for Fiberglass or Sealing Compression Chip board 1 inch thick, if you were making repairs & couldn't afford fiberglass as it should be & doing your own repairs or rebuild on a gutted RV of somesort... I may be wrong, however I 🤔 it's closest thing to compare it to would be Flex Seal Liquid Rubber?? Now I could be wrong, & I'm not home improvement expert, just a Single mom who does my own repairs.. So forgive me if I'm totally off base, However I like the fact that you can use a roller or a brush to apply it, & it seems very Plastic Sealed to me, I used it on top of Plywood Chip Board 1 inch & did my own repairs to a 28ft pull behind trailer that I repaired the leaking roof in.. Now for me, because this trailer was free, it had no fiberglass left due to the tornado 🌪️ damage it had sustained before it was loaned to me to use while I had repairs done to my downstairs due to flooding.. So....that being said, I'm not sure if this has any difference in the protection, However it isn't leaking anymore... So I'm going to say it works on Plywood ChipBoard. Now I did seal all joints with waterproof caulk, & flex Seal tape , But all Got a good coverage of the TPO Primer to seal everything, some places got 3 coats, while most only got 2.. I used a brush 🖌️ to adhear it on, not wanting to use a roller because of the wast the roller would absorb & hold onto making even less than the gallon I was using.. I did end up ordering another gallon to finish my project & felt that it was a fair price for it's ability to waterproof my project.. I 🤔 think it's UV resistant, however I'm not sure.. Since it's made for roofs I assume so, however I'll have to update my review in a year or so to let you all know how it's holding up to the crazy hot Sun of Oklahoma Texas Border.. So it's my opinion if you have a roof leak, replace it with new 1inch ChipBoard & seal it using TPO Primer.... & Of course Caulk for all the connections & screw heads. Read more

Makes resealing much faster

MacieJune 30, 2025

I live in a camper and will be resealing the roof. It helps greatly with reducing leaks and providing better cooling. A big part of a proper reseal is primer. This primer is much easier to apply than most and requires less applications. Many require multiple applications over many separate hours and this one is a one and done and dries quickly. You can prime and seal in one day Read more
