Very Impressed With This Protector Which We Use On A Large Pet Bed
We have an elderly special-needs cat and a younger special-needs cat. The older kitty is to the point of sleeping all the time, but the padded bed she prefers is too small for the younger kitty to snuggle up with the older kitty. My wife found a "double-wide" pet bed on a popular pet-goods site, but given the size of the bed, we knew that the only way we'd be able to wash it would be at the laundromat. We have 5.5 cu. ft. LG washers, but this bed wouldn't fit in them, so I had the idea of buying zippered, waterproof covers. Luckily, this cover, which is designed for a mini crib, fits the pet bed perfectly! Couple the price with the build quality and with the perfect fit on our double-wide pet bed and we feel that this cover is a real winner. I purchased two so that we can rotate them without downtime. This is a solid cover! Stay with me here...I bought a crib mattress for my senior dog. She loves it. Obviously being that it was for a dog, I went looking for a cover that would withstand what a 45 pound dog would bring. Mattress Protector!
We use this on our dog beds. I have been very pleased with the durability! So far, they have protected our mattresses from dog-related messes! Worth the investment of this over a conventional dog bed, and takes up just about the same amount of space. I like the zippers and how well they hold up, and have the zipper Velcro cover to keep them from unzipping as the dogs lie down on them. Easy to clean, toss it in the washer and dryer, and call it a day. Read more
