I really like the microwave drawer. I wish it had air fryer too.😁 But, I haven’t quite figured out the soften, melt and defrost. It seems to heat everything at the same level - high. Just a few features it doesn’t have that our old countertop one did, like “clearing” the microwave with the door open. Things like that. Overall, I’d buy it again. Read more
FIRE HAZARD!! DO NOT BUY. We only had it for a few months and it started sparking. I can assure we use it properly never placed anything that shouldn’t be in a microwave and we kept it very clean always using a splatter cover. We looked inside and found the paint had chipped where the wheels sit in the back. We bought another one and had the same problem. After looking it up online many people had this issue. It’s so dangerous, we are lucky it didn’t start a fire or burn down our house. There’s definitely a flaw in the design of this microwave. Not worth the money at all. Read more

The unit worked great for the first 10 months then started sparking on the inside. Company replaced the unit but voided the rest of the warranty. Read more
We purchased this Z Line microwave didn't last 2 years all the paint on the inside top is peeling off. When you pay this much for an appliance you should get alot more years it's crazy I have never seen anything like it and they won't respond when my wife contacted them. Read more
