Worked great! Nice and smooth rolling. Had to use this product versus full sets provided by other brands because none of the other brand's mounting brackets matched my luggage. Even on my own luggage, the brackets only fit properly when put back into their original spots. Read more

The wheels work great. Easy to install. Just drill out the retainer on the old wheel and pull them out. The new wheel fit right in and made the suitcase feel brand new wheeling it about. Once I made sure the dimensions of the new wheel were the same as the old wheel, it was a great upgrade from single wheel to dual wheel. Read more

They roll really well, and I was satisfied after many trips, but one of them fell off my samsonsite bag while being checked on a flight - maybe lasting only 6 trips. Only then did I notice that another one of the wheels was loose, and that I needed to go back and tighten the screws holding the wheel to the bag, as they had become loose. I’m a relatively strong guy, and tightened them to the max when installing. I’ll update my review if the seller does anything to help replace the lost wheels. They really should come with Loctite or something like it, now that I see what happens. Word of caution to other buyers. Read more

Gets the job done. I got greedy and overloaded my suitcase with a ton of weight causing one of the wheel bolt to come loose, thus, bending then breaking. I don’t think the product is defective, because I was pretty much thrashed my suitcase and being aggressive. Learning from my mistakes, I would recommend using a heavy duty permanent threadlocker to prevent it from coming loose and bending like my mine. If the thread of the bolt was longer it might of helped prevent it from coming loose and failing, and that’s why it’s 4 star instead of 5. Edit. I purchased the item twice now. I have brought extra length screws as well as washers to prevent the wheels from coming off. Yet, they have failed me. I feel like the screws diameter compare to the standard diameter of the original screw holding the old wheels are much better at taking damage because of how much wider the original bolt screw are. This product will work if you’re lucky enough for the airport staff to carefully hand your suitcase. And avoid any massive hits to the wheels. All in all, this product is just a temporary solution, just one hard hit to the wheel such as the suitcase coming down the baggage claim tread mill and it’s broken. Better off getting an actual replacement of the whole wheel or getting a new suitcase. Read more

I removed the wheels from the suitcase and utilized a vise to hold the wheels while I drilled the brad end with a 25/64” bit. I used the supplied hex wrenches to attach the wheels to the original bracket. Went on like a champ. I took particular care to check the measurements before ordering and they fit just right. I do not do a whole lot of reviews but I was so impressed by my experience with these wheels i felt like i had to share. These were a perfect fit for my small Samsonite carry-on size suitcase...and probably will be for almost all luggage. Instructions are accurate...drill out old wheels with recommended bit diameter, insert new wheel assembly with appropriate spacer (mine only needed 1) and tighten. New bolts come pre-coated with thread lock. Only thing I would add is you only need to drill out a little until the existing washer/spacer is free to move. Then use a small punch and lightly tapped with hammer to push out old wheel assembly. Wheel assembly is well made and hardware is good quality. Reassembly took maybe 15 minutes total. I travel a fair bit and I will be buying these for ALL of my future luggage wheel replacements. Read more
