Spotty surveillance
The system works as expected, but one of the cameras disconnects randomly and sometimes reappears in a different channel. Customer support does not offer replacing the camera, just a refund to return the whole thing. Although, they offer the same camera as add on. The other three cameras work just fine. Not about to remove everything to just reinstall the whole thing again. Read more
So far really good!
I've been using it for about 3 weeks and have been very pleased with this system. Camera picture quality is great. Note....these cameras record in 4k so if you want to see the best quality then you will need a 4k monitor or TV. Easy set up and app is pretty easy to use. Read more

Too many issues and headaches, Disappointing !
Quality images but glitches and can not pull up video play back unless at home. Does not recognize hard drive and motion detection is finicky. Disappointed overall with this after using for several months with all the issues I’ve experienced. Read more
Pretty Straightforward Installation And Works Perfectly
I highly recommend getting a good monitor or a TV screen. The video quality on this is very good! The clarity of the images and video is so clean that it's amazing just watching it. Other than that, installation was very straightforward. If you've installed security system cameras before, this is a walk in the park. If not, it comes with instructions that helps a lot for those who have no idea where to start. Here's a tip, put the console in a place that you want easy access to. After that, mount the cameras and work your way towards that console at the shortest distance possible. This method is the less headache way of installing security cameras. As for the camera housings, it's pretty good. They were easy to mount with a pretty solid base once screwed into any surface area. The wires were good an the length is good as well. If you need longer wires, then you'll have to buy extensions which is sold separately. As for using the console, it's pretty easy and the user manual tells you everything you really need to know. Overall, this is a very solid system with very sharp/clear video footage which makes this system well worth it. It does everything you need to see during the day and night which is a perfect system to have. Read more
