I really do like this item. It has a little bit of manufacturing defects to it, it has a little bit of plastic that looks like it wasn't properly cut off of the mold all the way. I guess during in the covid-19 times, there are equipment flaws that have resulted as a workers negligence. So during these times, you're going to maybe find that there are a lot of things that are flawed! This is one of those little tiny defects that you would just have to accept. It is a fine item it's great it'll last forever very good quality plastic., It is easy to clean, and free of just this tiny flaw it is a good item. You cannot really tell that it has that going on, but, if you need something that will get you through and look pretty cool, then this is a good item and I like that it is like extra long it's extra long so you can put multiple sponges there you're not bound to just putting one sponge on one little tiny piece of plastic. You can put your sponge then you can if you're feeling away you can ball up your dish rag and put it there so you can have that to dish rag and in the sponge on the same tray. It's compact like that to afford that small idea. So, if you like that, then it's a good thing. You can also put the dish drainer on it when you're not using it so it's an excellent place to put that., That is what I do with mine, I put the dish rags sponge and the dish drainer on it the dish I'm sorry not the dish drainer, but the dish stopper dish dish sink sink dish topper okay thank you Amazon I just felt like rambling and of course I'm using voice to text so hahaha. This may sound crazy but I am absolutely thrilled with this item. It's a little rubber tray to put at your kitchen sink that holds your sponge. I had one of these that I found at a discount store. It was a boring gray and within a few months, it developed a black mold on the bottom that was impossible to remove. I looked for another one and couldn't find one anywhere. So, of course, I looked on Amazon and not only did I find one, it came in many colors - including my favorite color, turquoise. I suppose you could use it for soap but I use it for my scrubbie sponge and the sponge that I use to wipe the counters. It's made of a thicker rubber than my original one, is easy to clean and matches my kitchen decor perfectly. Try one! Read more
