I Really Love These Utility Knives!
I never dreamed I would gravitate towards utility knives so often...even my Shun Special Ed paring knife has been seeing less love since I have had these. They are nice and sharp out of the box and they are versatile. I find the serrated knife gets the most love, surprisingly enough, but they're both great. I read a review somewhere where it claimed these knives tore the skin on tomatoes...it's simply NOT true (I think they were Wushoff fanboys and girls, lol). The serrated version is my quick, everything I need, go-to knife, like when I'm in the mood for elaborate sandwich-making or really any smaller jobs where you won't be cutting more than a quarter cup of anything. From the bread to the onions and tomatoes, it handles the job flawlessly. They've held up fabulously with nothing more than a quick handwashing and swipe with the drying cloth before going straight back on the magnet bar. I got mine on sale and I think they are still well worth the $99 price they are often sold at. If you find using your larger chefs knives cumbersome for smaller day to day projects you should def give these a consideration. Same amazing quality that comes with all Zwilling Pro cutlery.
