Great knives
These knives are great. They are well balanced in my hand, and they are VERY sharp. I have had the chef’s knife for many years and it’s still sharp. I love having choices now for the size I need for whatever I’m chopping. They are expensive, but worth it my opinion. Read more
Greatest knives and at a really excellent price.
These are excellent! The model is Professional S and are the three sizes you'd need the most. This is the higher model of this company's knives. I bought these for my house overseas as I have the same ones in the US and have been using them for a long time. They've stood up for years and the edges are good. I also bought a block to keep them in which keeps them sharp as opposed to throwing them in a drawer. The value is really good because if you buy them separately it would cost alot more. Read more

Still a great set
I got these to replace some of the same that I bought 25 years ago. I actually shouldn't say replace because there was nothing wrong with the 25 year old ones. I just wanted a set to use for camping so I moved the old ones to that task and got fresh new blades for everyday. I really love my Henkels. I consider myself an experienced cooking knife user. I've taken classes on proper techniques which has been super valuable. These are high quality and well built. Sure you can spend more but I doubt you'd get much better results. Read more

Great deal on high quality knifes
Some of the negative reviews I read, I did not experience . My knifes arrived in original packaging and not damaged. I also read they are not the same quality of knifes from twenty years ago. Well I compared them to my original set purchased at a national department store for much more money 30 years ago. The weight, thickness, handle material and edge are identical. My 30 year old set is still functioning perfectly and I have no doubt these will last another thirty. If you are looking for a high quality knife set you can’t go wrong. Read more
