Sharpen it does not, at least for me
The product comes with no documentation or link to any documentation. I have had no luck sharpening knives with it. They remain completely dull. Perhaps there is some technique (which Zwilling is keeping to themselves, thank you very much) which permits the tool to be used for its intended purpose. Read more
