The Zwilling Twin Pollux (not Twin Signature) Chinese chef's knife is worthy of its $55 total cost. The blade and handle are made of good quality materials, and the cutting edge is well-sharpened. With sandpaper, I rounded off some sharp edges on the blade's heel (choil) and spine. Also, sharp edges of the blade's tang extend fractionally above the top of the plastic handle, but not quite high enough to cut my hand. By the way, on my knife's blade, all text is printed only on the right-hand side of the Twins logo. The country of manufacture is not indicated, so I would guess that it was made in China. Read more
