I am a nurse and I had to take the hearing conservative class in order to do hearing exams... And I have to take this class every 5 years... After this class I decided to buy my own otoscope because I believed It would come in handy...Also my family would always want me to look in their ears when it bothered them... So instead of always needing to take him to the dr. to look in their ears I decided it would be best to have one on hand.. Well I can say that I love how easy this one is and the fact that it comes with different size specs was really good... I love the pouch that it comes with to keep everything nice and neat and all in one place for when I need it... The light is nice and bright and I can see very clearly... Works as intended BUT the magnifying part you use to look through or "view" the ear drum is kinda wonky if your at different angles making it hard to see detail. If your subject will sit perfectly still it's ok but if not.. good luck. I can use if my child is asleep but hard to get a good look otherwise. Read more
