The 32 inch 3840x2160 monitor is incredible, particularly at its price point. I do a lot of photo editing, so the IPS is great for that. There are a host of adjustments (picture, color, etc.) that I've tinkered with, although the monitor "out of the box" is already very good. It replaced a 27 inch 1920x1440 monitor, and the sharpness difference, even with the substantially larger screen size, is very apparent. The one possible "caveat" I would offer is that while all the descriptive words for the 4K 60hz version talk about a "ZZA 32 Inch Curved Monitor," the accompanying pictures all show a monitor that isn't curved. (At least this is true as of September 25, 2025.) I saw that discrepancy when I ordered it, and while I could have been OK with either, what was delivered was what I really was looking for: A monitor that isn't curved. Perfect for my desktop work. Bought this because it was not expensive and the specs were not bottom of the line. It arrived quickly, in one piece, and works well. After weeks of using, it there are no issues. The curved monitor is easier to view than the older flat panels that it replaced, and I don't think one can tell the difference from a name brand monitor. Read more
I bought a pair of these a few months ago, and they've been flawless. Great picture quality. I'm not a gamer these days, so I can't speak to that kind of performance, but for every day work-from-home business use, they are superb. I had to get used to so much screen area, swiveling my neck from left to right to see one side or the other! Not a bad "problem" to have - lol. I am a software developer, and so having these extra large screens is very helpful, being able to view wide screens with sidebars and other windows and still having the real-estate to view code, e-mail and calendar, or documents, with plenty of room. The monitors also provide an audio interface, which is helpful for my setup, and it works great. Read more
A beautiful monitor. Colors are great. Easy setup. Comes with displayport plug thank you. I bought one and then bought another. They are now part of my 3 monitor system. Excellent value for the money. I've seen complaints about the stand but it works and it is sturdy. I don't see the problem. Read more

The backlighting isn’t consistent across the screen, and there are several dark spots. UPDATE 10/27: ZZA reached out after my review and offered a full refund, saying: “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase. If you would like a full refund, please reply ‘Full refund.’ We hope you’ll give us another chance. Thank you very much. Best regards, ZZA.” I replied with “Full refund.” They then responded: “Yes, you can contact Amazon’s official customer service, find the after-sales customer service for returns and refunds, return the machine to Amazon as required, and the warehouse will arrange a refund after receiving the goods. Just follow the prompts. If you meet the requirements, Amazon will arrange a refund. Please rest assured.” This makes no sense. Typically when sellers offer refunds in response to a negative review, they usually issue the refund directly without requiring a return. I threw away the screen weeks ago and bought a higher quality product and figured I would just take the loss, so returning it isn’t possible. The product quality is poor, and the seller’s customer service feels misleading and uncoordinated. Read more
