I researched the Top 10 [reviews] camping blankets on Amazon before purchasing this one. I scoured the reviews fairly for each of the top 10. In the end, I decided on this zzlamb camping blanket based on: customer review for durability and functionality, the strategic stitching to mitigate movement of filling, authenticity in item description (i.e. clearly says "down alternative" as opposed to fraudulent / misleading "down" in most descriptions of camping blankets that contain synthetic filling and no feathers at all), and color choice. What a wildly pleasant surprise that this blanket was ALSO the LEAST expensive and even included a coupon for a FURTHER discount at purchase?! The blanket arrived and is even of higher quality construction than I anticipated. The color is beautiful, the stitching is as stylish as pictured, and there's an exquisite (i.e. stylish), durable extra layer of white nylon all around the edging, along with an easy clasp to transform into a cape and hooks for ground stakes at all four corners (note that many of the more expensive blankets disappointed purchases because they don't have ground stakes at all four corners and/or had very difficult/counter-intuitive hooks for transforming into capes). Also there was zero odor / toxic off-gassing of this blanket or the handy matching travel bag in which it came. I haven't washed this blanket yet (especially since it has zero smell and came perfectly ready to use), but I will update this review if I have anything negative to report when I do wash it. If there's no update here, it's because the blanket remained in outstanding condition after I washed it. Super cute. Not as bright and colorful as pictured. I got the buffalo one. It has a very soft and cozy feel to it. Can’t wait to test it out. It was easy to put back into the sac it came with. Sometimes you buy things like this and have to fight to squish it back in but this was a smooth easy shove. Lightweight and perfect to attach to backpack. Will be back for an update after use. Got for my bonus kids to go camping, we didnt go camping but they have used them quite a bit. They are warm and soft and the extra snaps are perfect for them to wear them as capes which is cute. They are very lightweight but cozy I would say if you are wanting to back pack with them new squisher bags would be needed. Read more
I am really enjoying this blanket, and the art is excellent. However, it gets four stars from me because I bought this over a similar item for the quilting pattern shown in the photo. The product I received is the same quilting as the similar product. I enjoy and will use this blanket; but be aware the quilting on the product is curvy and lengthways and not padded in a grid like the photo shows. Read more
I use this aaall the time and my dog loves it! I originally just go it for him for backpacking trips as he's only 35lb and has short hair, so he gets cold easily. I use it all the time though. He uses it on his regular bed indoors, will carry it around and use it as a bed around the house, and I'll throw it up on my bed when he sleeps with me to protect my velvet comforter from his hair. Dog hair falls right off of this fabric! Also the snaps! I can snap it around him like a sleeping bag, so when we're in the tent, if he moves and adjusts, it stays around him! That's like the best feature! It's the perfect size for him, and stuffs down well into my pack. It's super lightweight, great for backpacking. Overall, Jack Jack and I are big fans! Read more

Bought this for my daughter to keep in her car and use at outdoor sports. It folds down and gets very compact, but unfortunately is very thin. I would have given 5 stars if it had more thickness and filling. Read more
