Devices, Apps & Supported Browsers
Ventari is designed to work smoothly across modern phones, tablets, and computers. Here's what we support today and how to get the best experience.
Supported browsers
For the best experience, use a current version of:
- Chrome (desktop and Android)
- Safari (iPhone, iPad, and Mac)
- Edge (Windows)
- Firefox (desktop)
If pages don't load, images don't display, or the cart behaves unexpectedly — try refreshing, then hard-refreshing (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac, Ctrl+F5 on Windows), then clearing site data for Ventari, then restarting the browser.
Mobile experience
Ventari is mobile-first. On iPhone or Android:
- Keep your OS updated to the latest stable release.
- Low Data Mode or battery saver may slow image loading — disable temporarily if you're having trouble.
- In-app browsers (Instagram, TikTok) can be less stable. Open the same link directly in Safari or Chrome for best results.
Desktop experience
Desktop gives you the fastest browsing, wider comparison views, and the most reliable checkout flow. If the site feels slow, check whether you have:
- Many tabs open causing memory pressure
- Heavy ad blockers interfering with scripts
- Strict privacy extensions blocking local storage
Try an Incognito window with extensions disabled to isolate whether an extension is the cause.
AI features and what they need
Our AI features — smart search, product Q&A, personalized discovery — work best when:
- JavaScript is enabled (required for the storefront).
- Cookies and local storage are allowed (for cart, preferences, and session continuity).
- Your network doesn't have overly strict firewalls blocking outbound API calls.
If you prefer maximum privacy, you can still browse without personalization — some "remembered" experiences may reset each visit.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Hard refresh — Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+F5 (Windows).
- Clear site data for Ventari (cookies + cache), then reload.
- Disable extensions temporarily (ad blockers, privacy tools).
- Try another browser to isolate device vs. browser issues.
- If checkout fails, verify your network connection and try again on desktop.
