I bought this because I have a lot of acne scarring from my teenage years and I wanted to help my skin be healthier looking overall. The biggest thing with this is to be consistent. This derma roller kit is a new addition to my skin care routine. I wanted to try to lessen a tiny scar on my face and I found this to be within my price range. It is easy to use, I apply a certain skin care product to the area and then use the derma roller. After several uses, I am already noticing a softer look to the tiny scar. I haven’t actually used this product. My review is based on the fact there is no information on what size needle cartridges this device takes. So unable to order additional cartridges. The micro-needlingpen is kinda useless if you don’t know the size to order. I contacted Amazon. They said it’s M8 M7s. But the top doesn’t look compatible with this micro needling pen. Read more

This is such a nice derma roller kit. I use after I wash my face and before I put my skin care on. It helps my skincare really get absorbed, so that it is more effective.
