Will update after 10 years.. LoL.. change the old microwave i have for 14 yrs.. looking forward its worth... good product is always love.. i cant find the brand i have so i tried buying this.. will give review update not soon though.. hope and prayed it will last more than 10 years.. will recommend this very much. In general, I like this. Downside is that it's really slow to heat stuff. For example, I get edamame at Costco. Giant bag of smaller bags. Instructions are to heat for 3 minutes. The beans come out with some still frozen. Oh, well. It's a perfect size for my office. I just have to figure out what percent to add to cooking times. Read more
