These seem of good quality. Good quality packaging and the saline is fresh. It’s comfortable enough to use like my other vials. It’s effective and easy to use but as for value for your money. I’m not sure. To me these vials are too big. Seeing as they are one single use that needs to be thrown away after to me it’s too much solution. I use smaller vials normally, ones that helps with my contact lenses but that’s it. I’d imagine this would serve someone with a long cleaning routine. Read more

I've thrown a few of these into each of our first aid kits - car, upstairs, downstairs, and hiking backpack. With 2 kids and a cat, we run 2-4 skin injuries a week in our household. These have twist off caps similar to the ones used for asthma treatments with the vaporizer. They're single use and portable. I'd never actually turned to salt water in first aid until recently, when my toddler jumped off the bed and into a dresser, splitting his forehead. The urgent care center utilized salt water for their cleaning agent and I thought, "Salt water? This is the 21st century!" I've had several name brand products in my first aid kits and had been using those for years- did not even know salt water was still the preferred option for wound cleaning by professionals. I'd say that these are a great size for an accident prone household, and the twist caps are sturdy enough that I'm not concerned about accidental leakage. my husband used one on himself yesterday after breaking down some boxes for the recycling bin and hitting an industrial staple; he confirms that they feel like salt water, as advertised.
