Defective and Missing Parts - Do Not Buy
This product was missing a gasket when I bought it. To stop it from leaking badly, I had to install my old #2 check valve. Now, when the pressure increases on the demand side, it squirts water out of the relief valve, which isn’t supposed to happen. Unless they’ve started including gaskets on the check valves, this is a bad product. Don’t buy. Read more
Watch out for deformed parts due to improper packaging
All the parts worked fine in my valve, except for the relief valve rubber section - it was deformed due to being compressed in the package, and could not be used. Read more
Very Bad Quality - Not Functional
After installing, the my Watts LF009M3 leaked much worse than before. I then bought a kit from Watts and it worked fine. This knockoff brand is worthless. I could not even figure out how to get a refund or replacement. Read more
China crap missing parts
Not Watts “official” parts. These are missing o rings and they don’t pass the test after installation. Bought 10 sets. All the same. Read more
Did not work
This repair kit did not fix my leak. My valve still leaked after installation. It seems to be a common occurrence based on other negative reviews of this kit. My advice is buy the OEM Watts repair kit. It might cost more but it works. Read more
complete kit
This is a complete kit when installed relief would not shut off took every thing apart and found that there was gasket missing between the two halves of the check valve assemblies body which was allowing water to bypass the check valve. Took the gaskets out of the old check valve body and installed on the new ones and every thing worked perfectly. Read more
Piece of crap ( completely dissatisfied)
Chinese product, expensive and of poor quality. If I had known that I would have to pay 134 dollars for this crap I would never have paid. Don't buy it, spend 2 hours suffering with it and in the end it was better to change the entire backflow. Read more
