I really like this exercise mat because you can use it for exercising and also as padding for a seat or lying down. The material is sturdy and thick and I like how you can easily store it or transport it. The material is soft and comfortable with a large size to do several activities. I didn’t notice any slipping when doing yoga or while stretching. The only issue I have is how to clean stains. I noticed marks that were hard to remove and used a light cleaner without any chemicals and soap and water, but it still didn’t come off.
