Performance & Handling The car is quick, responsive, and very nimble. It slides and drifts beautifully on hardwood and vinyl floors. One feature I really appreciate is the calibration lever underneath—if the steering gets a bit skewed, you can easily tweak it back to center. The "Extra" Touches: The set comes with little cones and two barrels, which are great for setting up a custom drift course in the living room. Wheel Options: The wheels are removable, so you have the option to slip on the included tires over the smooth plastic wheels if you want more traditional racing instead of drifting. Build & Battery The battery compartment is secured with a small Phillips screw (the screwdriver is included). I may be old, but I love RC toys! I thought this one looked really cool and decided to order it. I really wasn't sure what to expect since the price for it is so reasonable. I was not disappointed at all. The car looks better in person than in the listing! It is streamlined and even looks super fast. It does two things exceptionally well. It drifts like a pro, even when I'm driving it! What I like best is the speed - this car goes very fast! I need to buy another one to race with it. The car seems to be well made. It's tough and sturdy. Believe me, I've already had a couple of bad wrecks with it at high speeds, and it didn't fall apart! I have already had tons of fun with it. I know the grandkids will love it when they come to visit. I think it will actually be tough enough to stand up to their roughness. Overall, this is a really cool and fun car at a great price.
