We’ve really enjoyed having this microwave :) our old microwave died on us and we have other Lg products that we really enjoy so went with this one. We’ve had it for close to a year now and it’s been fantastic - super easy to use and it looks great in our kitchen! It wasn’t terribly easy to install, but from what I’ve heard, that’s just universal for microwaves. The instructions were easy to follow though, which is always nice to have. Read more

Bought the LG to replace a Insignia microwave. It is a exact fit, one mounting hole on the front needed drilling was the only difference between the two. The LG Thin Q app works with this unit it's nice to monitor the microwave, like cooking time, diagnostic's for issues. Read more

Came a little dented like other reviewers said but nothing seen once installed. It’s beautiful, quiet and works wonderfully. I like the low fan mode my other LG was loud and high and then blast off high. Hopefully this one lasts a decade like my other. If you can install yourself I say go for it. Took me about an hour and had my wife helped me pick it up for final install. The templates were NOT FUN but adequate. Read more
We are remodeling our kitchen and this is the first “hood” microwave we have (kitchen was from 1973!). Love the sleek design and looks great. Super straightforward to use and heats food great. My kids love the cute beeps it makes when cooking is done. Read more
