I used this on an 8-hour flight from I eland to the US and it made a huge difference. Even though it’s marketed for kids, it worked perfectly for me as an adult. You can clip it to the seat, rest it on your lap, or wedge it by the window. The fabric is soft and it held its shape well, though it’s a bit bulky to pack. Sooo, I bought this (I’m a grandma) for myself, for a long trip to Ireland. It was embarrassing boarding the plane, but a wonderful travel pillow! I also used it in my hotel room AND in my own bed at home. I love it so much, I have bought about 8 more for my family for Christmas. I bought two of these U-shaped car pillows for my boys (ages 5 and 9) before our road trip to Florida this year, and they were a total lifesaver. Both kids used them the entire drive — for sleeping, relaxing, and leaning on while watching movies. When they first arrived, the pillows were completely flat out of the package, which had me a little worried. But I tossed them in the dryer for about 20 minutes and they fluffed up nicely — very firm and supportive, almost like memory foam. After that, they were perfect. The pillows stayed in place and didn’t need constant adjusting, and my 5-year-old actually fell asleep in the car without a single complaint — that never happens!
