Badly 3d printed, threads don't work, only one coupling.
What a confusing listing about the quantity of what you're getting! It clearly says "2 Pcs Water Filter Coupling, 10 Pcs Filter Cleaning Gasket With Seal Kit". So you would think they you're getting 2 of the blue couplings and 10 of the silicon washers. No, you get one coupling and 5 washers (not 4 washers as in the first picture). Then there's a (6) at the end of the listing name and I don't know what that's about unless it's counting the total pieces you receive. Secondly, it says the metal is "PP" which I assume to be polypropylene. This product is actually just 3d printed and looks to be PETG filament if I had to guess. I could've printed this myself, and much better actually. This product still has stringing across the center, the threads are rough like sandpaper, and you can see the impression of the rough build plate and lots of layer lines. Third, the threading does not work well at all. I can get it to thread about a quarter inch and it stops, so it's no where near enough to actually squish the silicone washer and make a seal. So, the only useful thing you are buying here is 5 silicone washers. The brand name coupling is just $3, so get that instead. Fyi, regular garden hose washers also work just fine and you can get them in silicone, so there's some more money saved. I see no real value in this product and something is up with the listing name.
