The milk maker works. It does what they say blends, boil, self-cleans, etc. Sadly, it didn't work as I expected or wanted it to. I didn't find the control panel user friendly, too many presetting and could not customize to my needs. The cord is not long enough, yet you have to keep unplugging it to pour out the food in it which can also be heavy. The unit is the pitcher, you can not take out the stainless steel container. I know it's self-cleaning but you might have to clean it more than that or if you spill some on the out side, the connection for the plug is exposed to water going in.
