I didn’t know what to expect. I was concerned about the cocoa powder over powering the drink because I do not use any kind of sweetener in my hot drinks. I was pleasantly surprised! I used hot water, added a scope of the powder, mixed well, and used unsweetened soy milk for cream. This drink is delicious and relaxing! This is a great mushroom coffee for the price and I will for sure buy again and try others from this brand. It does smell a lot like mushrooms but to me that is fine. The taste is also more “mushroomy” than name brand but I am totally fine with that too and the coffee flavored is nice and strong and it fully dissolves with ZERO sediment. I am fully sold on this. I took one star away because you get more like 27-28 servings even carefully using the measuring scoop but it is a good deal and I could probably use slightly less in the scoop to squeak out 30 servings. Love this!! I am considering this a good find for me. Yes, it has a natural mushroom taste, I honestly love it. But, I also think others will maybe not love it. But, im really drawn to natural things. So, a cup of dirt tasting mushroom coffee is gret for me. I do add just 1 Splenda packet, no cream. Happy with it, I ordered 2 more containers straight away because I drink more than 1 cup a day. The cups I pour stay about 5oz, so smaller than a normal cup of coffee. Read more

It honestly tastes a lot like coffee, in my opinion, but that’s because coffee is added, as indicated by the title and ingredients. I switched to mushroom coffee because I was having caffeine crashes and jitters from regular coffee, and I haven't had those with this. Though it doesn’t taste the same, I find the flavor quite interesting. It’s quite bitter, so definitely use sugar and milk or half and half because it doesn’t have any added sugar. It has a bit of an earthy taste. Not to be blunt, but slightly does taste like what I think dirt would, not that that’s a bad thing. It also doesn’t smell the best. Nothing beats the smell of real coffee. It foams similarly to coffee, dissolves somewhat okay; however, when it comes to the ingredients, I wish I could fact-check whether or not they’re legit or sourced ethically, I guess you could say. My other con was that receiving the package made it seem like I bought something off of temu, so it made me reluctant me to try, and I’m not sure if it’s the healthiest option out there since it’s not FDA approved or anything. Not to mention that the top of my container had scratches, so I was a bit put off. Keep these points in mind when purchasing. Not sure if I would repurchase, though. Read more

Been using it for a week and not only is the flavor great. It does have a mushroom flavor but I do feel better drinking it. I normally drink a lot of coffee about 50oz a day throughout the day. This one has been a go to at home if I don’t want to go out for coffee. Smell is good. Read more

Purchased the 2 pack. Has a coffee smell when opened. I use 1 leveled scoop with about 8 ounces of water. Added a little sugar and milk. It has (to me anyway) a nutty, woodsy taste. I don't know if it is really helping with my brain/memory, but it seems to have helped my digestion. Will order again when I run low. Read more

Firstly, this taste really great, especially with creamer. However, there is one thing that buyers should realize. The size of this container is pretty small and the description might seem deceptive of US buyers. The description says 30 servings and yet the recommended cup size is just 5 ounces, which fills about half of a normal US coffee cup. Therefore, if you doubled it to make a full cup, you actually only get just 15 servings. My thought is perhaps the company is assuming people are drinking this at espresso cup sizes, I am not sure. ~ All of this was at the $7.99 price at time of review, therefore I still feel this is affordable. ~ It is pretty easy to make. Simply heat some water and mix. It looks and taste like a nice robust coffee with decent strength. I really like the coffee itself. This container size is a good starter, but I think the company needs to address the product size and messaging on the container or add some clarity on the cup size for those of us who are going by the recommended measurement. Update: I finished this container and wanted more. I decided to try and find a larger container. The non-Arabica version was available in 5.3 and 10.6 oz, but not this one.
