I was really thinking this would be a great addition to my dental routine but I used it as soon as I received it & the black rubber surrounding the tip was rubbing off on my teeth. I was being extra gentle with it since it was my 1st time using it,& wanted to be extra careful until I got used to using it. I was told that the rubber shouldn't rub off or disintegrate on your teeth & to return it which I am in the process of doing. I was disappointed that I received a defective product & really don't like going through the hassle of returning things I've ordered because they were sub-par. Read more

These have a fine textured, hard-ish rubber tip that helps scrape plaque from the teeth. I brush my teeth twice a day and was surprised by the amount of gunk that this managed to get out, even after freshly brushing. It's not really a replacement for flossing as the tips won't get between the teeth, but it does a great job along the gums and along the gap in the teeth. The product seems well constructed and an individual unit seems like it will last a long time. It says that it removes stains but I don't have any, honestly, so I can't speak for that.
