Honest review, I promise. I've seen these advertised all over social media. Can't get away from them. So when they popped up in the vine program I had to give them a honest try. FYI, we own a dishwasher that is never used. Never. All dishes for a family of 5 are washed by hand by me. I got tired of washing dishes that I unloaded from the dishwasher. Initially I loved them. To be fair they have pretty much replaced my green scrubbies. For most of our meals, these work great. I wouldn't trust them in nonstick though. My test for that was a potato and yes, these will peel a potato or a carrot. But I waited until I had a cheese mess to clean up before I bothered with a review. Mac n cheese, lasagna, etc. Cheese cooked onto a pan in the oven is a nightmare. And these metal cloths don't do a thing against dried baked on cheese. I had to fall back on my dollar store steel scrubber. I'm using them. And I'm pretty sure this pack will last for awhile. But I'm not going to rush to replace them when they wear out. Read more

I'm pretty pleased with the overall quality and functionality of these wire mesh dish/multipurpose cleaning cloths. They are soft enough to not cause harm to surfaces but scratchy enough to scour off tough stuff. The size is pretty standard, nearly 10x10 inch square. So it's easy to handle and not too small or too big. This works best on really scouring off surfaces that are pretty cruddy or have things stuck or baked on to them. As you can see in the picture of my grill top, it didn't leave any scratches. It was also tough enough to get the dust and debris off of the grill that's been sitting outside all year. I'd use it for things that don't scratch or that don't have a delicate surfaces. So not for a car or things like that. This pack has 10 of these cloths in it. I have not worn one out yet. They seem pretty durable. Overall they tend to not be very absorbent. Not sure I'd need them to be tho. They do dry quickly after being wet. Read more

These are so much nicer than steel wool. They are a great size and are thin enough to be used on anything, while thick enough not to snag or break. They're not the softest cloth I've used, but I don't expect soft from wire steel. It's easy to wash and clean, and it makes cleaning the kitchen a breeze. I've not yet used them on any of my pans, so I can't speak to if they scratch pans. I'm a little too afraid of ruining my nonstick pans. Read more

This is a good product. While they aren't as good for burnt and baked on food char, they are much better working than either a rag or a bristle scrub brush for that use. My first use of them was to clean a pan that I bake meatballs in almost every week. There is always a little char on the surface as I cook them on two racks at once at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. I often forget to switch top and bottom pans at the halfway mark and so the bottom pan usually has more char on it. I was unable to remove the char on the first pass with these rags, so I used a woven wire pad like usual and then followed up with the metallic rags here, which worked perfectly to minimize scratching. The metal wool pad always scratches, so they helped cut down on that issue. They work really well as scrubbing out regular baked on foods (my meatball pans are more than a normal washing chore). They also work well as just everyday tough dishrags and I'm tempted to switch. They are very good for scouring out the sink after dishes are done, removing bits of stuck on food much easier than the dishrag does. They are also much easier to handle than scrub brushes. We'll have to see how long they last. I would have given them 5 stars except for a couple of claims they have made in their page. They claim that each rag has 3 layers. Mine do not have 3 layers, but there are definitely 2 layers. The other claim is a visual one. They have a picture of the 10 rag pack as being thick and tall when in reality, all 10 stacked one upon the other is less than 1/2 an inch. There are also numerous misspellings on the package that are beyond ridiculous, such as the letter "W" in the product title "Steel Wiring Wleaning Cloth" We know that the word "Cleaning" is not spelled with the letter "W". Now, in itself, misspellings aren't indicative of product value, but can give one pause about how much the company really cares about the importance of product description. Read more

Review of B0F4N1BMNN VMKBL 10 Pcs Non Scratch Wire Dishcloth: There are lots of similar cleaning cloths and sponges on the market. The main cleaning action is from plastic mesh. The metal you see is tinsel, which is metalized plastic, like a shiny metallic looking balloon cut into fine strips. It's just for show, but even though there's no metal wire, the plastic mesh does a great job of scrubbing without scratching. Read more

I keep trying to find something that will remove the hard water crust from the bottom of my water distiller, these don’t. Wore a hole right through one on the first try. Oh well, I then tried one out on my expensive stainless steel cooking pots and pans, and they were amazing! No scratches, and every bit of stuck on residue came off immediately and easily! At a buck a piece they are so worth it. Nothing cleans my pots and pans with no scratches as quickly and thoroughly as these Wire Dishcloths do. I just wish they worked on my distiller. Read more

I find these most useful for my pots and pans that have food stuck on them. They are very stiff. The size is perfect for larger items. They seem very rough, but they don’t scratch the pans. I have used it on the glass stove top. It cleans it quickly and easily. They are thin and don’t take up a lot of space in the drawer. I don’t think they are going to last through lots of washes. But for the price, they are a decent value. Read more
