Excellent 10-port USB-A hub. Set up and ready to go in seconds.
I had a little 4-port hub but was constantly switching out this cable for that one. That got old pretty fast. I found this little 10 Port Hub USB 2.0 High Speed Multiple Splitter Adapter for less than $9 (March 2025) and I'm completely happy. The hub is compact and has a footprint of only 2-1/4" x 4" and just a 1/2" tall. Plug the business end of the hub into a port on your computer, flip the switch to the side to ON and a blue light will light up in the center of the ports, all of which, BTW, are powered. Installation complete. I took this opportunity to do a little housekeeping and labeled both ends of all my extra cables; nothing fancy, just bits of painters tape. I can instantly spot the cord for my vinyl cutter, light charger, phone charger, backup external drive, CD drive, etc. None of these devices draw much currently and it is rare for more than one to be in use at any given moment. Excellent investment to help declutter my desk, provides high-speed connections via the USB-A ports and appears to be well made. If you need other USB connections (C, Lightning, etc.), you will need to look elsewhere for a similar product. Read more
