This hookah is great, awesome price. It has a bunch of extras that come with it. It took a minute to set up. I washed the parts before I used it. Once setup it was a great hookah smoking experience. The only thing wrong about this hookah is the "green jewels" on top were off center which bugged me. But was able to carefully get them centered. I would definitely recommend this hookah. The media could not be loaded. I was excited to receive this product. 1st it super came late. I am stationed in Korea so I tried to be understanding. Yesterday I used it for the first time and here is my honest review. After putting it together, I notice the bowl had a gangster lean.The first hole I put my hose in did not work. I went to check the ball, it was like it was glued in. I had to heat it up and use a knife to pop it out. After that, when I tired to smoke out of it, it didn't pull smoothly. So I went to the other side and it worked waayyyyy better. With the products that comes with this hookah, the charcoal sucks. OMG it's so bad and the taste it gives the flavor is worse. The non-tobacco flavor was not that bad but as I stated before, the charcoal ruined it for me. Today I wanted to use my own tobacco shisha and coconut coals but when I went to wash it out the whole thing was rusted. This is not my first time buying a hookah off of Amazon. My previous purchases were cheaper and smaller than this one and I've never had this happen before. I will give the seller a chance to fix it before I give up. But as right now I don't recommend due to rusting. On the plus side it is pretty. Read more

I still didn’t use it. It is light and cheap made. As a hookah smoker for 11 years I used to have much better ones back home for very very cheap price like $10. For the avg price here in US this one is fine. I don’t think so it worth $36. It does the job though. I give 3 starts because it arrived super quickly, the seller is responsive and the package is nice noted that there is something that can be broken inside so the mail takes care of it. Also, it does come with the molasses but not familiar brand so I am gonna try it. Same for the coals. It comes with the mouth tips. The hose length is fine. Easy to assemble and will update after first use. Read more

Complete lack of customer service. Item arrive broken and missing parts. When I called the number on the instruction sheet and said I wanted to return it, the representative hung up on me. Tried to access their set-up video, and they didn't send it to me. Also, the big rubber gasket that connects the pipe to the water bottle doesn't insert all the way, so the pipe part wobbles. While I maybe could have cobbled it together somehow enough to use it, it doesn't draw anything into the water. Worthless product. Read more
