I have been using this NAD plus resveratrol for a few months now. While I cannot say it causes overnight miracle changes, I can affirm that I do seem to be aging quite well. I use this along with a fairly simple skin care routine and I make sure I have a daily protein intake of at least 100 grams of protein (some of which come from the collagen peptide powder I mix with my coffee), and so far, that combo has been working really well for me. I am nearing 50 years old and can stay active in competitive contact sports with teammates much younger than myself.
