These little clips are great. Foam adhesive so they work on surfaces that are not exactly flat, the adhesive works great even in cold temperatures to hold light weight wires where they need to be. I used these to hold small 12/24v lead wires for tape light - 18-22awg range. Adhered to painted metal in freezing temps and holding great. When applying in freezing weather I did heat up the area just a little bit, and stored the clips inside so they were not already frozen. Time will tell but for the price even it a temporary solution I am happy with these clips. indoors they would be simple to use. Keep in mind the wire they hold will have to be small and light. These work very well. I have had just one issue with them: when using these to hold cables that are bent into a radius when going into a corner, the stress placed on the adhesive can cause the clip to unstick from the wall. I would recommend either having an extended radius, or placing additional clips in the corners to prevent the adhesive from unsticking. That said, I have found they pair very well with slim-run ethernet cables, capable of holding two cables at once, or one flat ethernet cable. Holy smokes!!! These things are absolutely amazing. I didn’t have high expectations, but they exceeded my wildest dreams. I have Sheetrock instead of drywall, and my walls are very textured. These little things adhered perfectly to the Sheetrock and held my Ethernet cord securely. You can even fit a slightly larger cord than Ethernet if you’re curious. As for removal, I don’t plan on doing that until my lease ends. Read more

Worked ok. I needed something to attach lights to the inside of my windows. After reading the reviews I was worried about the ability of the adhesive to hold. I decided that by taking the advice of the other reviewers to clean the area first and press firmly for 15 seconds that these would work. They definitely stuck to the window with no problem. The problem I had with 1/3 of the clips was that the clip would detach from the adhesive. (see photo) So, don't worry about the adhesive not sticking to the wall/window (I had to get a razor blade to actually remove it from the window), just worry about the clip detaching from the adhesive backing.
