This magnifying glass works fine. I wish my eyes were younger so I wouldn't need it. It magnifies stuff enough. The depth of field is good (I wish I could see more, but there are trade offs). It is stable, i.e. the base is a good size so it is hard to knock it over even with the magnifying glass fully extended (while acting as a ring like for video calls). The cable is kind of long and looks messy on my otherwise clean desktop, but I share it with my spouse so I need a cable long enough to move it to either desk space. I wish I could unplug the cable and replace it with a nice USB-C or USB-A retractable cable. They are mildly expensive, but I would like the option to keep my work area looking cleaner. I already use wall outlets with USB ports built in above my desk so I would like to continue that clean aesthetic. Read more
