So effective. It worked the first time I tried it.

I cannot believe how well this tool works. As I've gotten older my eyes have become drier and my gas permeable contacts have become uncomfortable. At the end of the day it's become harder to remove them because of the dryness. Now with this tool I put some drops in each eye to create a layer of moisture on the lens and as soon as the tool makes contact with the lens it adheres to it and makes it very easy to pull off of the surface of the eye. These plungers are AWFUL! DO NOT BUY THEM!!! Wish I would have known sooner I could have returned them. Bought them for when I am traveling and stuck a few in my travel bag. Just recently got around to using them- I'm away from home- and they are all I have. Terrible performance. They do not suction onto the contact to remove it. They are flimsy and worthless.
