Unreliable
Ordered this 14000BTU portable air conditioner. Unwrapped it set it up…fan didn’t work. It was broken. Went ahead and ordered it after returning first item(pain in the b repacking it and returning it)Ordered a second one…it worked for 3 weeks and now only the fan works. My room is about 200 square feet. Y’all need to come fix it for free. Update: Now it doesn’t work at all. Read more
Cools but is louder than they state
It cools down my 410sq ft apartment, is sort of loud but honestly for the price it isnt bad. you could definitely go with a quieter unit, but when you order this with a discount/deal it is worth it. the swing mode with it set to 65 keeps my place cooled for me and my pets. Read more
Love this AC
This unit is amazing. I have two of style of units purchased previously. The never have water to drain so the moisture must be force out with the air. This unit actually creates enough evaporative condensation (water) it will fill a two gallon water pitcher two - three times per day running continuously. Cools quickly!
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to install. Rather quiet for its size. My kitchen window unit is much louder for noise comparison. Read more
Does not cool correctly. Look for a different unit
This unit does not cool off our 10x15 room despite running non stop. The dehumidifier works only part of the time pulling excessive water out one day and no water the next. The unit is also an energy hog especially with it not cooling correctly. Read more
