Ordered this 14000BTU portable air conditioner. Unwrapped it set it up…fan didn’t work. It was broken. Went ahead and ordered it after returning first item(pain in the b repacking it and returning it)Ordered a second one…it worked for 3 weeks and now only the fan works. My room is about 200 square feet. Y’all need to come fix it for free. Update: Now it doesn’t work at all. Read more

This unit is amazing. I have two of style of units purchased previously. The never have water to drain so the moisture must be force out with the air. This unit actually creates enough evaporative condensation (water) it will fill a two gallon water pitcher two - three times per day running continuously. This unit does not cool off our 10x15 room despite running non stop. The dehumidifier works only part of the time pulling excessive water out one day and no water the next. The unit is also an energy hog especially with it not cooling correctly. Read more
