Mirrors are one subject that I have never studied! One thing I do know is that a mirror is a manufactured item that reflects your image back to you. The thing seen in the mirror is known as a "mirror image". The person you see in the mirror seems to be facing you and your left arm is seen in the mirror as the image's right arm! Mirrors will only work properly if you stand closely and the ambient light is bright enough to cause the light to reflect back to you! Simple metal "unbreakable" mirrors are less efficient at producing a reflection. Low quality mirrors can reflect less efficiently causing distorted images. This is a sturdy, well made, and relatively high grade mirror as far as I can tell! This type of mirror is made by "locking" a layer of reflective material very precisely behind a pane of extremely tended and faultless, clear glass. This protects the reflective layer beneath. This is a frameless type of mirror sheet that is only 2mm thick and it is extra fine in that it has been rated HD (High Definition). This seller has enclosed plenty of one inch square double-sided adhesive squares, for your convenience, to apply to the back of the mirror and then apply to a non-rough surface! There are almost enough sticky tiles to cover the entire back of the mirror! I suppose that the number of these sticky tiles must have been calculated carefully to determine the correct number of them to hold the weight of the mirror! For some reason, I wouldn't trust that method to hang my mirror, but that is just me!!!! I'm sure that it will perform well or the method would not have been recommended! Furthermore, I can not think of an alternative way to attach the mirror to the wall, so you just might as well use the sticky tiles to mount your mirror! May I suggest that you gently test the adhesion to the wall from time to time? If loose, replace the tiles with fresh new sticky ones. Read more
