Pretty darn close to the size of my arm. Other reviews say its too soft for this specific shaped product but its the usual toughness a person gets with toys. Its fun to see a toy that goes for easy depth while also working on width. Its flexible but since the largest size is pretty thick expect it to put pressure on your system and persuading your organs to move to its shape. The color looks better in person, and not sure how to feel about the fact that it has some sparkles of tiny glitter in the silicone mixture. Avoid the “difficult to put in” comments by keeping a section dry until reaching that section. Shape reminds me of a worm. Havent tried it yet, if there is no update to this review then that means it was perfect Update: i have tried it (the 22in) and wow is it a challenge getting past those rings where it gets slimmest. The toy is not hard when starting at the tip if you leave a section further down unlubed to hold onto. The toy is a little stiffer than id like but it still travels the turns if you know how to position it. Highly recommend cleaning yourself out with lots of fiber because two things cannot be in the same place. THIS THING GLOWS BRIGHT! I held it up to my light for a couple seconds, evenly heating it like a hotdog in a gas station roller, and the thing was bright enough to light up my arm and hand. The glow dims after like 3 minutes but THIS THING GLOWS! If you are not used to depth toys, get something smaller than the 22inch, or else you wont be able to use it as a plug. After purchasing all three sizes, I can say with confidence that these are my favorite toys! The tapered end, flared base and minimal bumps and ridges make playtime a breeze. The small size is perfect for wearing around the house during chores, or going on walks, medium is great for longer play, although I tend to use it in bed the most or if I'm playing a game for a couple hours, and while I'm not brave enough to play with all of the large one, it leaves me full and happy! 10/10 would buy again!
