I watched a YouTube video on making your own mini deodorant for travel, which means melting some of a large deodorant stick in the microwave, pouring it into the case, and letting it set. Success! These cases work really well, although I didn't need 10 of them. The cases are tiny but hold enough deodorant for a month for me. These are way too small!!! They fit into the palm of my hand. I should have paid more attention to the size when purchasing. Definitely sample size. I wouldn’t even classify them as travel size. I went on a two week long international trip and wanted to take my favorite deodorant without wasting space! It was easy to melt down my remaining stick using a double boiler setup on my stovetop. I filled 2 1/2 minis with the remnants left on two plastic bases from my Old Spice deodorant! One full mini lasts me at least 4 weeks of daily use. I got these because i needed containers for face sticks made out of my black seed oil and coconut oil, also for my knee for bars that you can use for aches and muscle calming sticks, they were the perfect size, no leaking or anything, because when i make mine i let the ingredients cool to room temp before adding it to the containers, not hot liquid which will make any plastic container expand and cause a mess sadly, extremely happy with these they are the perfect size i needed for all my balms, going to have to order more soon, its winter time. time for more diy balms and face stuff! These containers are pretty flimsy and the lids do not stay on- they slide off if you turn it upside down. This could create a MESS inside a purse or bag. I was excited to order them and try them as I was hoping I could order in bulk, but unfortunately I cannot use this product whatsoever do to the low quality. If this is a batch error, I hope the seller can make it right and resend me a batch that is acceptable. Read more
