I'm not a vitamin or supplements guy. I usually thought of most supplements as clever marketing that preys on insecurities. I figured most results claimed were typically placebo related. I wish I had done a before and after shot at one week and two weeks with these. My wife bought them on a whim but didn't use them because she didn't realize there was hyaluronic acid (sensitive to too much HLA). I figured I'd try them rather than tossing them. I am so glad I did. I just wish I had done photos or something because now I feel like one of the placebo people I used to ridicule. In my defense, I never expected these to do anything though. I have had 3 different people at work compliment my skin's appearance. A friend asked me if I was "getting more sleep or something." As a man, this doesn't happen often, haha. The tablet is large, so that fact plus that the surface dissolves so quickly makes it more difficult to swallow. I have to break it in half in order to get it down most of the time.
